Returns and Exchange

Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping with Melokidshoes.com Our goal at MelokidShoes is complete customer confidence and satisfaction. We want to ensure your experience is fun, easy, and risk-free therefore for any reason, you can return or exchange unworn items.

Unused shoes can be replaced within 30 days of the date of purchase. Orders returned beyond this time will not be accepted.

We can only accept returns for New/Unworn condition items. We reserve the right to refuse worn shoes.

Please be sure to test shoes indoors on a soft/carpet surface to ensure proper fit and comfort.

All sales are final for event/promo priced purchases.

Return Shipping Instructions:

Please email: connect@melokidshoes.com with your order ID and reason of return.

Upon receiving your email, we will issue a return label.

Attach prepaid USPS return label to the shipping box.

A return shipping fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund.  

Exchange instructions:

Currently we do not offer direct exchanges. To receive your items as quickly as possible:

Place new order on melokidshoes.com.

Email: connect@melokidshoes.com with your original order ID to get a prepaid return label.

Please also include the new order ID in the mail sent to customer service.
